Ten years after the entry into force of the Law 11 December 2012 n. 220, with which the subject of the condominium has been profoundly innovated, the Notary – with ANACI (National Association of Condominium and Real Estate Administrators) and the Consumer Associations – with this Guide has addressed the issues of major interest in the matter, trying to give concrete answers to the most common cases, based on the main jurisprudential guidelines.
