“It is change, continuing change, inevitable change, that is the dominant factor in society today. No sensible decision can be made any longer without taking into account not only the world as it is, but the world as it will be.”
We have in mind a new and effective Notariat, which moves from the consciousness of being, always, guardian of truth, understood as a vehicle of certainty and security, but that evolves continuously through a necessary “upgrade” of its professional tools at the service of a free, pluralist and digitalised society.
In our Notariat the innovation, technological and incremental, is however also and above legal social innovation, ability to use the law, understood as social geometry and applied according to criteria of rigor and stability, at the service of the concrete demands of the citizens and the enterprises, using new and flexible instruments, and interpreting the norms in the light of the necessary simplification demanded from a global world.
We are telematic jurists attracted by the law of the future, future as a place of synthesis between a system of certain rules, democratic and inclusive and the new and arduous effort to decline them in ever new and peculiar contexts, a place where evolutionary reflection is transformed into norm, and to which we offer, in harmony with our roots, competence, vision, moral integrity, custody of the truth and the ability to preserve memory.
